Vanilla Tobacco erinnert an ein paar Größen aus den 60ern und 70ern wie The Door, The Beatles, Pink Floyd oder Cream,
dennoch ist jeder einzelne Song und auch die Band durch und durch ein Original.
Im Mai 2019 gründeten Leopold, Jonas, Max und Simon die Band.
Im März 2020 schloss sich Franz der Formation an und füllte eine bis dahin vorhandene Lücke.
